Lived in a building managed by this company for about 7 years. While the building super was great, the office and head office management is terrible. No weekend hours — so you have to take time off work to go in to the office.
They hire contractors that are all about quick repairs — not good repairs. I lived with crumbling walls and plumbing because they wouldn’t complete repairs properly.
The lady in the office, Dana, is one of the most miserable people on this planet. She is rude, ignorant, nasty and just incompetent. The husband is not so bad though — better to deal with him.
All people in the office and individual buildings are not English as a first language which can create frustrations for anyone that is.
Head office is less than helpful and the head property manager there is just as miserable as the onsite person.
They spend money on useless upgrades ($ 20K plus in individual parking gates at each building.
Supers that do not do snow and ice removal properly or quickly (many people leaving before 7:30am are at risk of injury). They put up signs trying to negate their responsibility for this.
I really hope the new management company coming in to my new residence is NOT this one!

when calling their central number T. (905) 944‑9406 the receptionist is absolutely incompetent and extremely impolite and disrespectful, she cuts you off before you finish your sentence… and careful if you call back she will yell at you!
