This location had recently renovated and now has two distinct areas. One with the fabric and one with all your accessory needs. Came here for some last minute items needed for Halloween touch ups and it worked out perfectly. Staff: They are friendly and helpful. Sometimes it can be difficult to find someone available to cut you some fabric but other than that, no complaints. Store: The parking lot can be quite busy since it is quite small. I suggest try going around the back because sometimes there’s more room back there. The store is bigger than ever and houses almost every single type of fabric that you would probably need. There are always fabric on sale and if you’re not looking for something particular(i.e. flexible with the material), you can probably find a decent deal here. If you purchase things often, I would suggest a membership for about $ 25; only get it if you do a lot of costume or designing though. I know there are plenty of other places that may do more unique prints of items but for the convenience I always think Fabricland is a great option(especially since this is Markham and not Toronto Queen West). I say for the area and the convenience this is a top-notch place for your fabric and designing needs!
