Dropped by here for some dessert after dinner. Had already tried a few of the other ice cream shops along this part of Unionville. Tried the Hazelnut Gelatto — nice taste and texture, but was a bit small for a double scoop. This is not a sit-down shop, but more of a little hut/kiosk. The selection of ice cream and gelatto here is decent. It may not even be the best option along this road, but it’s good enough to grab a quick cone to stroll down Main with.

Ice Cream made with fresh fruits!!! I was just visiting Toronto. We decided to talk a walk at the historic Main Street in Unionville. Weather turned warmer that day. It’s a perfect day for ice cream. During our ice cream hunt, this ice cream shop caught our eye. This ice cream shop only has a window to order from and pick up your ice cream. When there is a line, they ask you your name and what you want to order while you are still in line and give you s post-it to give to the window. You can also ask for recommendations. One of her recommendations is Mango Gelato. I got that, and it’s really fresh and tasty. It’s fruity as advertised too. It’s perfect for the weather. Oh yes, get it in Waffle Cone too. The Gelato is $ 5, but it’s worth it. Old Firehall Confectionary is their competitor and has much longer line, but I think Flavours of Unionville is more unique, fresh, and fruity. Parking is very tough at Main Street area. Just have to patient and try your luck to wait for a parking space. I think we looked for 15 minutes to find a parking. We are not coming here just for the ice cream. There are shops and an art gallery with free admission, so it’s worth it to hunt for the parking space.
