Bought a phone through my provider brand new. Had to turn it in for service 8 months later, when the digitizer stopped working. Futuretel refused to do the repair, claiming that the device was rooted. Except that it wasn’t. They aren’t going to try and repair your device. All you get is a lie about the cause of the problem, and left spending money on shipping in a warranty replacement again and again.

I sent my phone in to have the bluetooth repaired(range went from 100ft to 5ft) They sent it back after 26 days saying«No Trouble found.» They even had the audacity to make up some poppycock about re-calibrating the battery. Completely unacceptable; I would give them 0 stars if I could!

Final evaluation ASAP but to date they have been completely efficient and courteous. I shattered the glass on my Nexus 6 and Motorola had me send it to Futuretel. I just got off the phone with them and was very pleased with the service and price. I will amend this when the repaired phone is received. Four business days and the repaired Nexus 6 arrived ready to use. I found the price fair given the phone’s original cost and from what my techie friends tell me, the complexity of replacing the screen without damaging the phone. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. No need for details but briefly my problem steams from a HTCONE repair. locked. I sent for repair an unlocked phone and received a locked phone back, and FutureTel agent Terry laughed and told me FutureTel does not unlock phones, and it seems she’s the only person working in this company as no other agent answers the phone. Terrible company to deal with. My new LG android is not holding a battery charge. LG told me to contact Futuretel, which I did. I wanted to ask a few questions. I wanted to tell them what the problem was and ask some questions like, what their turn around time would be for the repair and would there be any charges. Non of these questions were answered. What I got was a woman with a heavy accent yelling at me, saying they do not offer technical support. I told her I was not asking for technical support. She was still yelling. I asked her why she was yelling at me and then she slammed the phone down. I am a reasonable and polite person. No customer should ever be treated like this. I will not deal with this company ever nor will I ever purchase an LG product again.
