They have a beautiful selection of natural type A jade, pleasant staff, and were willing to negotiate price. I didn’t feel pressured and I walked out with a lovely piece of purple jade to add to my collection. I would definitely buy there again.

I’ve been to H & F Jewelery & Jade multiple times for personal purchases and every time we are always greeted by friendly staff. Their store has an open concept and they have a wide selection of diamonds, pearls, jade and gold pieces which are meticulously organized making it very easy to navigate their store. The staff are always willing to show you any pieces on display and offer helpful suggestions regarding style and fit. If you are looking for something in particular and don’t see it on display, don’t hesitate to ask as they have multiple stores which carry additional inventory. Their jewelers can also custom make pieces. Most importantly, I love their no pressure approach into purchasing and also their willingness to negotiate pricing. I have recommended multiple friends to this store and they speak highly in terms of H & F’s quality and value. Overall, if you are looking for jewelery visit H & F for great options.

H&F Jewellery is amazing!
I had given my husband some ideas of engagement ring designs I liked and after going to the traditional big box jewelry stores, a friend of ours recommended H&F.
The customer service here is great — they are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, honest and the prices are very reasonable! My husband surprised me with a custom designed engagement ring and I love it!
We went back for our wedding bands and I worked with the gemologist there to create 4 beautiful bridesmaid gifts — necklaces with a pearl and white gold heart pendant — my girls loved them!
We’ve recommended 5 other friends to H&F — they’ve all been satisfied with their engagement rings and wedding bands.

My mom and I went in looking for a jewelry piece for my new born nephew, but we didn’t want to spend a fortune so we asked to see what they could give us for $ 200. To my surprise, they brought out a wide selection of necklaces and gold pendants to chose from. I told them what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend, and they met my expectations. After my purchase, I walked out of the store confident that I bought the perfect gift. Overall, great customer service and I would definitely come back.

I went to the location at First Markham Place to get a ring resized. They said they could attach a ball to the inside of the ring for $ 40. We said sure, but when we went to pick it up, there was basically no change to the ring size, it was still super loose. Not only that, but the ring now had discolouration on the outside from where they attached the ball. I can’t believe they just gave it back to us like that. When we tried it on and told them it didn’t fit, they said there was nothing else they could do. And we received no compensation for the fact that they ruined our $ 300 band.
Now my husband’s ring still doesn’t fit and it looks absolutely awful with random splotches of dark metal around it. Just looking at it makes me angry.
