Horrible service

Only one complaint, it’s hard to find the entrance! We drove right by even though the GPS told us to turn. The area is still under construction so it”s a bit weird to find.
The room was nice and clean. This is a pet friendly location and we had our Bernese Mountain Dog (about 90 pounds) with us. The dog was a non-​issue. She was welcomed as were we. There are a few areas outside for walking the dog, but really, just some parking lot medians not a dog friendly area. It was adequate though. They even provided a free poop bag dispenser, for obvious reasons. When they cleaned the room, they even vacuumed the dog’s bed. Nice touch. Traveling with pets or not, this is a good location. Free WiFi for Hilton Honors members. Gym and pool as well. Free American buffet breakfast, albeit all pre-​made.

Love coming here although my boyfriend wishes to try somewhere different since we’ve been here about 3 times. I love the service since everyone’s always friendly — the janitor holding elevator doors for us, the receptionist being very caring and attentive to our needs and never forgets us always saying nice to see you again and welcome back. She also never forgets our reservations or the late check out time I always request the night before.
The rooms are quite nice in that they have kitchenettes available — usually one type of room would be an open concept and the other there’s a door to your room so you’re not immersed in all the smell if you are cooking or smoking in a smoking room. I’m not sure if they have Wi-​Fi since I have 6GB of data so I could never really go over that much.
They provide both smoking and non-​smoking rooms and the latest check out time is 1:30pm. I’ve been quoted different prices here and there for the room I wanted but after I told the receptionist that I’d only be there a couple hours she was able to give me a better deal which I was very pleased with.
There’s a snack bar available downstairs near the concierge and provide microwavable Michelina’s food as well as soup, drinks, bottled water, Mr. Noodles, candy and shampoos. I don’t remember seeing any toothpaste so do bring some. Cutlery’s included in the drawer as well as plates and cups with pans and a cutting board in the cupboards.
| would give it a 5 but the only thing lacking are small tubes of toothpaste readily available in the bathroom and that the swimming pool is level to the main floor with no curtains or blinds to cover yourself from peeping toms or voyeurs who pass by. If you have a business and frequently stay here they’d be able to give you a discount. Other than that I would love to come here again but we’ll see! Also nice upkeep with a modern lobby and CP24 playing on the TV — which you can also change as there is a remote. They also serve breakfast and dinner too.

Hilton is a great franchise. I usually stay either at Hilton or Hyatt.
I probably spend 45 weeks in a year @the hotel.
so having a good bed, great service is a plus.
this one actually give you a decent breakfast and nice dinner.
unfortunately I haven’t been able to stay for their dinner, but judging from other people, it looks decent (for free meal)
the room is cozy, nice with a kitchen and a living room
