There were a few Caribbean Food Stalls at the Harbourfront Centre’s World Café during the Hot and Spicy Festival over the weekend.
I have no idea why I ended up having the food here, because I let my Unilocal Friend Steph L to pick whatever she wanted to share with me and ended up I was eating:
Jerk Chicken Roti ($ 9) and Bake & Salt Fish ($ 3)
Jerk Chicken Roti for $ 9! Yes it was overpriced… but we are in the touristy land of Harbourfront… No it was not good! The jerk chicken was cooked in a tasteless brown gravy… I was lucky to have my own hot sauce I just purchased with me…
The Salt Fish sandwich tasted A-​OK. the only complaint maybe there’s hardly any fish?
I was hungry so I ate and ate… and I even forgot to pay Steph L back! So why am I complaining?!!
