Lots of selection and been going for a few years now. It used to be better but it’s still worth the time to go visit.

This is a great sale event that doesn’t require an invite(unlike MAC or L’oreal). They’ve moved to a new location that’s much larger and the place is a lot more organized. There was no lineup when I showed up around mid-week into the sale. The sale happens two times a year during the perfect time — before Christmas and Mother’s Day. It’s always a great idea to check this event and see what you find before going to retail stores and paying full price — especially on PERFUMES and COLOGNES. They have a lot of different brands for skin care and cosmetics including Stila, H2O, Missa, Anna Sui, OPI, China Glaze, Ardell, Marcelle, Annabelle, Revlon, Smashbox, and Elizabeth Arden. What I like about this sale is that you have a mixture of both high-end and drug store cosmetics, so you can definitely find something in your budget. They have such a wide variety of things that I guarantee you’ll leave with at least 1 thing — even if it is a tooth brush! Products range from $ 1.5 eye liners to $ 35 foundations. There is such a wide selection of almost everything and more. This includes all types of cosmetics, cosmetic gift sets, chocolates/sweets, hair dyes/products, nail polish, nail care, skin care products, shampoo, and health products($ 6 oral b tooth brushes, disposable razors, etc) and that’s just to name a few. Last but not least is their HUGESELECTION of perfumes and colognes. If you know what you want, you can save quite a bit. I bought Lacoste Essentials for $ 45 which retails in store for $ 90.

I think you guys may be shocked that a guy is providing a review here, but hey, even I liked Lisa’s overall! Lisa’s Cosmetics’s original location was in one of the warehouses on Apple Creek. However, due to its unprecedented growth and huge customer demand, they expanded to the warehouse on Commerce Valley. It’s much bigger, and quite frankly I felt they handled the customers well when I visited. The consistent lineup outside might be deceiving for some, but don’t worry it moves very fast! When I visited, the lineup was near the ramp entrance, but I entered the warehouse in about 15 – 20 minutes. Lisa’s has a large selection of not just cosmetics, but general houseware necessities, such as cleaning supplies, shampoo/conditioners, and bath utensils. Their cosmetics section is not surprisingly the most popular, with discounts ranging from 25 to over 60−70% off, and you can also get further discounts if you purchase the cardboard box version(and let’s be honest… who needs the actual logo box if you’re not purchasing cosmetics for someone else?). I noticed for this current warehouse sale that they reused the aisle signs and cashier components from Target. Love the environmental mind behind this! If you’re starting your holiday shopping and are looking to impress your lady or want to purchase cosmetics for your significant other… do consider this place.

Cosmetics /Fragrances price sample: Burberry Touch for men 100mL: Original price $ 88, paid $ 34. Vera Wang Princess 3-pc gift set 50mL: Original price $ 82, paid $ 30. Ralph Lauren EDT30mL: Original price $ 55, paid $ 28. Burberry Brit Sheer EDT30mL: Original price $ 60, paid $ 26. Stila Stay All Day Lipstick: Original price $ 31, paid $ 12.99. Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner: Original price $ 29, paid $ 13.99 Average savings: 57% off for cosmetics/fragrances This is my first time going to Lisa’s sale, as I have been hearing so much about it from my friends and co-workers. Thought I’d check it out and score some deals. Came here today, which is the first day of their Christmas sale. Was there at 4:20PM(closing time was 6PM), but surprised at the big crowd and long line-up! It was maybe 6 degrees outside, and I was lined up for at least an hour! TIP: dress warm and prepare to line-up during busy hours! Entering the warehouse, I was surprised at the huge location, and lots of stock! Lots to see! It was like a shopaholic’s heaven! Tons and tons of fragrances, they offer make-up, skincare items, purses, sunglasses, and household items. I compared original prices to how much I paid and I concluded that I have saved(on fragrance and cosmetics only) about 57%. Definitely take advantage of this sale before the most popular brands in make-up /fragrances get sold out! I may come and visit again during this sale, as the sale is on for a few more days. But I told myself I am not buying full price for make-up anymore and just wait for Lisa’s sale days, as I save a lot of money on make-up brands that I use. I recommend this to everyone!

I look forward to this sale every time. It happens twice a year, the end of April to Mother’s day and end of November, just in time for Christmas giftings. And it does not require an invitation. Anyone can go and has free parking. You can google Lisa’s warehouse sale and find out the dates and time of each sale. It has Well organized staff and washrooms(I liked that:)). But no little children allowed, for safety reason. The sale has mostly drug– store cosmetics brands at its 1⁄3 of the regular price, sometimes less. Most nail polishes are $ 2 ea. I bought Essies nail polish for $ 2.99, and Elisabeth Arden Nail polishes for $ 3 ea. Lot of face lotion from Marcelle Brand. A brand that is more high end but selling at $ 5 a jar. Their Blush and lip products for $ 2.99 Main brand of the the sale is Elisabeth Arden. All the sets are about ½ price. Great gifts. i got few of mini Eye shadow quards for only $ 3.99. It was such nice gift for my friends. I love Stila brand. They have the primer for $ 25 and the eye shadow pallette«in the light» for $ 16, but they sold out fast. And lip gloss for $ 6. And many shades of fundation. I also bought Argon oil for hair, for $ 3. Of course, there is tons of perfumes at very good price. I have much fun in looking and finding really cheap deals. The sale also has shoes, purses and daily cleasing needs, ton of shampoos.
