Markham Civic Center is the City Hall of Markham!
Located close to Highway 7 and Warden, the Markham Civic Center houses many city offices, committee rooms and mayor and councillor offices. They also have a beautiful skating rink (smaller, but outdoors) during the Winter months that allows people to skate outside for free.
I have came in here a few times, twice for skating in the outdoor rink, once for a career fair, once to do the bills and twice for the City of Markham Camp training inside the beautiful circular rooms for large meetings.
In the summertime, beautiful flowers are grown on the semi hill when you’re driving West on Highway 7 — it really adds on to the beauty of the Civic Center
