I have bought stuff from them before, the service was good, but it wasn’t in the «list» for my respirologist.
I decided to see if I can swap my CPAP machine management to this place as it is closer to my house. Especially since my previous one is basically a 1-​star if I remember their name.
I was able to contact my respirologist and asked them if they can fax my prescription to this place instead of my previous one after the previous one never bothered to inform me that my prescription was received and ready. Good riddance anyway, I finally had the excuse to not go to that old one now.
Went to this place on a weekend with my machine, in less than 5 minutes the thing was done and I could go home. Unlike the old one, no appointment was necessary to get the prescription fixed.
