Mr Rooter Plumbing

I recently called up Mr. Rooter after having problems with my toilet. Water was either not going down during a flush or went down very slowly.
Called the 1−800−472−7668 number and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they would have been able to make it out to Markham (was told someone will arrive within the hour). Instead I opted to have them come out the next day (between 12−5pm).
Upon arrival, the tech (Anthony Morrissey) was curteous and professional. Put on disposable slippers, and his plumbing equipment. First used a snake to try and find blockage in toilet. Since nothing was found, he ended up having to remove the toilet to take out an object which I had accidently flushed down the toilet a week ago.
The whole process took no longer than 10 min, and paid a total of $ 220.35 tax included. Very quick and professional service. He answered all the questions I had. I’m unsure about pricing, but heard it could be done cheaper with smaller guys.

I just realized there is a coupon on their website. Not sure if I could have applied it to my service since he already gave me a discount from his original quote of close to $ 300.
