Always a fabulous experience every time I come here to pick up k cups. The selection of coffees, teas and other beverages is fantastic. As soon as I walk in I’m always asked if I need help and they are great with selections. The owner asked if I wanted an iced coffee and let me say it was delicious!!! My favourite kcup is the Krispy Kreme smooth blend worth the premium price!!!

What a perfect consumer experience! Walking in was slightly overwhelming for someone who hasn’t been here before. The selection is so vast! So we ordered 12 different flavors of K-cups, to try a variety before committing to a box. Why commit to a big box of the same drink, when you don’t know what it will taste like? I see this store concept being extremely successful in the years to come. Especially with the popularity of Keurig’s and Tassimo’s/
The employee working was phenomenal. Asking if he could help, and apologizing for not coming over sooner as he was busy with other customers. He told us how the system works, gave us some recommendations, and offered the kids a free cookie (which made my time selecting a lot more enjoyable, as the kids were pre-occupied with their snack). On top of that, when we were leaving, he gave us a drink to go.
Store has only been open a month, and they left a great impression on us. We will definitely be back!

I have yet own a Keurig, Tassimo or any other single serve brewing system but after visiting Personal Service Coffee, I might be in the market for one.
Mind you, I love playing with gadgets and like varieties! One of the reasons that stopped me from getting one of those machines is most grocery stores sells pods in packages. I don’t really want to buy 6 – 12 packs of those and tried it then stuck with it if I hated it.
Here at Personal Service Coffee I can do mix and match and can try out all these different brands and flavours!
Even if you are not into single brews, PSC carries coffee beans from Jumping Beans, Reunion Island and tea from The Tea Emporium (Gyokuro).
A fun place to browse around and the owner is super friendly.
They also carries Keurig machines, teapots and other accessories.
