I didn’t know there are multiple Presoteas in Pacific Mall! This Presotea is good. Quick service. Quality is consistent. Review 48 of 100

I’m surprised by all the rave reviews because my experience was very mediocre. Service was not the greatest, which I expect is the default at Pacific Mall. The cashier was not very welcoming and it took a while for her to understand my order. The plus is that they have A TON of different flavours. I decided to order their Special Milk Tea and a Lychee Green Tea, both with tapioca. Both were meh. The lychee green tea tasted very watered down. The tapioca pearls were also not very flavorful. Good tapioca should have a hint of green tea flavoring. Maybe I should have tried some of their more popular flavours, but for the price(~$ 5 for a regular size), I expected better consistency. It kind of defeats the purpose of having so many choices if a lot of them are sub-par.

They have a large variety of drink options, big fan of the panda milk tea and grass jelly in my draaanks(jelly is already sweetened). They have a $ 2 special for a medium sized drink, golden milk tea(pre-made), an apple green tea and a couple of other flavours. It’s a great value to try something different. Service is generally not so great here. No smiles, the job is a chore. Some of the employees are kind but I think the owners who work there aren’t the friendliest.

I have to admit despite my sweet tooth, I’m not a big fan of sweet drink. I was never tempted by bubble teas — not until I tried Presotea’s. Hands down best bubble tea EVER! It’s understandable why there is always a line even though there are two other bubble tea shops across the food court selling half the price! Each order individually hand crafted — well worth the wait! Their earl gray milk tea with pudding and jelly grass is one of kind — straight to sweet heaven with every sip/gulp! Their matcha tea with red beans and white bubbles — another winning combo — what is there not to love? Price is a bit pricer than other tea shops but for the quality — totally justified! Would definitely return whenever I visit this shopping center!

Presotea is my go to place for milk tea whenever I am in Pacific mall. I love the grass jelly milk tea and their panda milk tea. Much better tasting than Chatime for sure.

My new go-to at Markham. Compared to chains like Chatime and Sharetea, you can get the same quality bubble tea for a lot less. I got their daily special, a medium Mango Green Tea for $ 2.60. Maybe I’m biased because I’m hella thirsty, but for under $ 3, it’s definitely worth a try.

We purchased a 2 for $ 7 deal for a milk tea with grass jelly and a milk tea with pudding. I’ve never had bubble tea with pudding before, but it was quite tasty! Both the grass jelly and pudding was enough for the entire drink and I did not find it to be too sweet at all! I also like that you can customize your drink(less sweet, less ice. etc). Would come here again!

There are so many places to choose from in the Pacific Mall and I am so glad we stopped by this stand. Their mango lychee slush was excellent. It was just the right blend. I have had slushes before where it was more crushed ice. Not this place. You can taste the fruits in the drink. The fresh mango pieces was a nice addition to the drink.

There’s a lot of bubble tea at pacific mall but this place is always my go-to. I really like this place because they have cheaper options like 2 bubble teas for $ 5 so if you’re with a friend you can split. Or, if you’re in the mood for a more premium drink you can get things like a mango coconut slush with real mango chunks on the bottom. The drinks are always cold, sweet and refreshing. If you want real bubble tea(and not that powdered stuff), try this place. I guarantee you won’t regret it. I’ve never gotten a drink that I didn’t like from here. My recommendation is the peach green tea or one of the mango slushes that they offer.

Try the bubble milk tea — special tea. Mmmmm. Just a hint of sweetness, boba just chewy enough … mmmmm.

Great Tea, Great Time, Great Price. Service is fast and tea is made fresh. Its not sitting in a Thermos on the back counter like it is in Chatime.

The bubble tea was pretty good. I didn know you could adjust the sweetness, so it was sweet for me. I had Passionfruit green tea with bubbles. It was good! But sweet. The cup it came it was adorable, it had little pandas climbing up the sides. It’s good because they make their own tea too, and they don’t use powders. They have a wide selection of choices, and even 10+ choices for Passionfruit! You can add toppings too, like fresh fruit

In my opinion, this place serves much better quality bubble tea than chatime. They freshly make each tea per order, so I can taste the flavor of the tea very well. I believe chatime pre mixed their milk tea so the flavor is not as deep and full. My favorite is the panda milk tea.

Love the large selection of bubble tea here, I ordered the pudding milk tea and it was delicious. I customized my order by having it with no ice. I would come more often if only the drinks were cheaper.

I chose this bubble tea shop out of all the other tea shops in Pacific Mall because I saw a huge sign that says Panda Milk Tea. I love pandas. How can I resist? It’s basically a milk tea with tapioca(black pearls) and white pearls mixed in the drink. The picture sure looked good. When I tried it though, it was just okay. The white pearls was more like clear pearls so did not have the same effect. The tapioca was okay, not super chewy and sweet like Cha Time’s. The milk tea wasn’t as creamy either. I also got the passionfruit lime with aloe and basil seed. Basil seed is awesome — you gotta try it! It’s a plant derivative and it’s super healthy but no calories(unlike tapioca balls), and just kind of fun to eat. Someone told me they look like frog eggs. But they are not. I really like their variety of drinks. Different from the usual menu. Some very cool takes which is refreshing to see.

Another Tea Shop in Pacific Mall… How boring?! Fresh Tea. Fresh Made… Are you sure? Presotea brews their tea using a espresso-type machine by the cup, which brew when order. I do like the idea of how I can customized the Sugar and Ice Cubes Content. Grand Opening Special $ 1 off for some of the drinks, of course I could not resist to give it a try. Crystal Wintermelon Tea($ 2.99 with $ 1 off) was so refreshing! There were even chunks of real wintermelon inside. Presotea is a Taiwanese franchise that recently expanding overseas to Australia and North America. This location in Pacific Mall is their first North American location. I just love my Iced Tea freshly brewed without sugar… Presotea might be the place for me. A-Li-Shen and Wen-Shan Tea will be the next on my list to try!
