Thought I’d give this place a second try. Not a fan of the price, bubble tea or customer service. Would’ve much rather gone to another bbt place across the food court and pay $ 2.50 as suppose to $ 5.50 for a typical bbt. The space of the venue is larger compared to the other food venues by the food court. The drinks can take a while to make even if it’s not a lot of people. They serve the drinks by the cashier or counter and call by number so make sure you pay attention to your number.

I love Presotea but i don’t know about their customer service. I went to order their tea and they have a huge sign that says $ 1.99 original bbt which is great! I ordered the original tea and the lady charged me $ 4.50. When i asked ‘oh u don’t have the special anymore?” she replied ‘You have to tell me Special original bbt’ so i replied. «oh sorry. Is it different?» she said«no its the same. but u have to tell me ‘special’ and got all puffy huff. Not sure if she was trying to scam me or not… cus it was the same bbt. And then when My bbt came she put it behind the counter and took someone else’ order. So i had to reach behind and grab it myself… Dunno what’s going on with her attitude or she had a really bad day??? Just excited for my bbt and it was Delish. I just feel awful giving her my pay for her when she treats ppl so harshly.

Bubble Tea is good, standard Presotea. The guy who is always working there is rude, and actually rip me off by $ 1 to get the M6, Mango bubble tea with aloe vera. I redeemed 13 points for a medium drink, but he charged me $ 2 extra to get a medium M6, which is supposed to be $ 1 more. This guy should learn more customer service as he is always there dealing with customer.

I’m a huge fan of Presotea at pmall, so I was happy to see one at FMP. But the lady who took my order was sort of cold. i ordered a mango coconut slush and she asked«so M2 right?» And I couldn’t see the menu because I’m blind so I was squinting at the menu looking for M2 to confirm my order. I guess she was being impatient so she just said«yes, it’s M2». Um ok thank you. Anyway, got my drink and it was really good. Their medium size is pretty big imo. Drinks here are really good, so I recommend!

Pretty average drink place. But I like how their containers are nicely insulated which keeps my drink cold for hours and hours.

Got my brother and dad 2 mango smoothie slush for $ 5. I asked if they had a trash can and they lied and said no. Everywhere else I go is more helpful in that department.

Service here is horrible! I order a yogurt with 2 toppings. They told me no fresh toppings after I’ve paid with my card. She yell at me saying«no other toppings only here!» She then pointed at these hard candies. I didn’t want to go thru refund hassle for a few dollars so I just pick it and left. Never ordering yogurt from here again.

I got a green tea red bean slush. It was very sweet, the red beans and soft. There are 2 cash registers, one for cash payments and one for electronic. The line up was quite long(was there on a hot Sunday afternoon). Waited about 5 – 10 minutes for the tea.

U guys know that they add«fruit syrup» in their real fruit juices to make it better tasting? Next time pay attention to how they make it. Knowing there are like six bubble tea places but still decide to attack the businesses is just down low and dirty. Support small businesses and the other competition. They opened like 10 in pacific mall so the small shops went bankrupted. First Markham is their next target.

The drink is fine but do not pay with credit card. They lied and said my credit card payment did not go through and insisted I pay cash. A month later, the payment showed up on my statement. This was my fault for being so trusting. Please learn from my mistake and never pay credit at this place.

Add another competitor to the First Markham Place food court bubble tea race. There’s no need for an introduction to Presotea, it’s probably one of the Top 5 most well-known bubble tea chains in the GTA, and they have several branches for the young adults who adore bubble tea. I was the only person ordering from here when I arrived on a Monday afternoon. There were two employees at that time, but only one approached me and asked what I wanted. I ordered the hokkaido milk tea with tapioca, after previously trying the panda milk tea in another branch. I’m not sure if the milk tea was supposed to not mix together, but there was a large difference between drinking from the bottom of the cup and drinking from the top of the cup. There was a lot more milk in the bottom, while the top had a strong tea taste. I gave it a shake after my first try, but still ended up with the same result. Eventually I got used to it and I found it tasted okay. The tapioca was also quite good, though I’m finding many bubble tea places around the area tend to make tapioca quite well already. Considering the price was $ 4.20 and the neighbouring bubble tea places are $ 2.50, I wouldn’t be too crazy on returning… especially if I’m not up for milk tea.

This Presotea is located inside the Food Court area at First Markham Place. Severely understaffed with just 2 staff working the counter that supposed to be serving Presotea Tea, Yogen Fruz and Real Fruity! They were so busy even have no time to take orders when they trying to catch up with all the drink orders! Service though was quite good as the lady that took my order was suggesting me to order Less or Lite Sugar. Royal Earl Grey Family($ 4.49) was decent. As always I love the pudding, tapaico and grass jello in my favourite Earl GreyTea.
