Sharable Bakery

Cheap buns and simple pastries, conveniently located. The goods are always pretty fresh and most of their buns are actually also in a clear plastic cover, which is good for hygiene. They egg tarts are $ 0.5 each and I do believe they have both the flaky and cookie crusts and their coconut tarts are $ 1.2 for two, definitely a great deal.

This bakery is literally 2 mins away from my house… The usual chinese bakery is what you will get here… bbq pork buns, tuna buns and etc… Their specialty, I believe is the pineapple bun. which is the one they constantly are sold out of. I tried it and it’s yummy when it’s fresh out of the oven. cuz it’s warm and crispy and also did I mention fattening??? LOL.
They have 2 different types of egg tarts, the butter tart one and the crispy one (more calories) which is always a plus because most other bakeries usually sell one or the other, very rarely there is both… half a dozen is like $ 3.50 or something for the butter crust.
They also have the order to make instant noodles, ham & egg sandwich and etc… at a much lower price than a «cha chaan tang» so here is always packed with kids from next door because of pricing…
They use to have a location down at Alton Towers in Scarborough but I think that location closed down and this is the only location left…
All in all, a place where I come to grab quickie when I’m running low on time…
