My son bought shoes at Solestop. He wanted to return them and get his money back – he was willing to take less back. He was told that he could only exchange and it had to be that day or too bad. No store credit to purchase at a later date or gift card – exchange or nothing. This is the most mickey mouse organization. I would never shop here again. Most unreasonable people out there. I can see why small business don’t make it very far seeing how unreasonable these guys were. They sell shoes online for almost 50% markup. They do not allow any store credits so that if you change your mind after the the 5 days allowed to get a refund – you are only allowed to exchange your purchase. You are not giving the option of coming back with a store credit at a later time. Customer service is horrible and I would caution people to make sure of the purchase and to be honest do your homework. This is the worst customer service – rules can be broken especially since it is a small business. The owner makes the rules and has the ability to bend them but Sam wouldn’t budge. He needed to keep that $ 180 for bigger and better things. What a disgrace. You give small business owners a bad name. My son learned a lesson — never buy from a business that gives you such a short return period – that means that they don’t believe in the strength of their sales. Sam is a sorry excuse for a business person. Buyer beware when making purchases here. NEVERNEVERAGAIN – I will make sure to never recommend this place and to discourage anyone thinking of going here. Sorry excuse for a business.

Been looking for a pair of Adidas Superstars in white/green for a couple of weeks. Checked in with all the major sneakers and sportswear stores, no dice. Was about to give up when a last ditch effort turned up Solestop. They had what I was looking for on their website, then I realized they were just around the corner from my workplace. Gave them a quick call and had them hold a pair for me. I get there the next day only to find that they were not sure whether they had them, inventory may have been off. Sales rep was really helpful though and called their other location to track down the sneakers. I walked around Pacific Mall for 15 minutes and returned to see that they had found them and had brought them over from their warehouse. Left a happy customer and am looking forward to visiting their new store in downtown Markham.

The best in markham, solestop sells streetwear located inside pacific mall. They carry the newest styles of asics, newbalance classics, reebok and adidas. Ocasionally they have huge sales with big markdowns. Just wish the shop was bigger and dont worry theyre 100% authentic.

IF your an Asics, New Balance or Adidas fan then solestop is the only spot in Toronto that matters. Forget Livestock and their insane prices, and limited sizes; Solestop is your one stop, sneaker shop. These guys are honest, and stock some of the best colorways at REASONABLE prices. My favourite thing about these guys besides the fact that they stock a large number of Adidas zx 0000’s is the fact that you can pre-order a number of new releases before they hit the shelves. Keep up all the good work guys!

Tiny sneaker shop /boutique in Pacific Mall with selection rivalling downtown sneaker spots. It seems like they get it all other than Jordans(which is stocked at another sports store within the mall and Today’s Sportswear attached to the mall). It seems like their primary focus is on New Balance and Adidas(especially Jeremy Scott) and they carry brands like Stussy and Undefeated. The store is tiny(like most stores in Pacific Mall) and the selection seems small. But be sure to check out their website as they have a lot of consignment and heavily discounted old stock. Pretty random collection of older kicks — from ‘get-the-fuck-outta-here-with-these-prices’ $ 500 Space Jams to ‘cheep-cheep’ $ 60AF1 Supremes in odd sizes. The staff are pretty nice and seem eager to help and if you check in on Unilocal, there’s a $ 10 discount on purchases. Okay, I know what you’re thinking: a sneaker store in an Asian mall… must be fakes right? Well, take it from a guy that knows — all the stock I saw was legit. While the product is authentic, there is a huge downside to Asian mall sneaker hunting: limited sizes. While they had older stock in larger sizes, the sizes on new inventory were limited up to size 11… bring on the Asian dick jokes. Can’t say that I blame them — as most Asian sneakerheads I know could fit women’s sizes if they wanted to(and I envy them for it). Overall, great selection of kicks from a small independent sneaker shop but if you need larger sizes, go to Today’s Sportswear(attached to Pacific Mall) or you’ll have to sneaker hunt downtown.

bunch of good guys selling street wear inside pacific mall. obey, diamond, stussy, penfield, red wing, native and new balance are some of the brands sole stop are selling. prices are fair. jordan brand sneakers can be found for sale on consignment. i rather go here than make a trip to congested downtown toronto if i wanted to buy some shoes, hats or sneakers. support!
