Toys R US

Toys R Us is located upstairs in Markville Mall and, like other Toys R Us locations, it’s huge. When I walk in here, it’s ALWAYS busy so be prepared to walk slower in other locations. There’s really not a ton of room to walk and with kids running around everywhere, you can’t have to kinda be careful as you walk.
However, they usually have a ton of stock in whatever they have and, for the most part, have solid prices. When it comes to games, EB tends to have better prices so just a word of warning there.
The employees are pretty nice for the most part. With this location being so busy, they actually keep things going along pretty quickly. The lines at the cashier are never terribly long and the place is kept clean, all things considered.
Not a bad place to go at all for anything toy related, just be warned that it tends to be really busy unless you go early in the morning.

This location is meh — it’s a bit cramped and feels more chaotic than some of the other locations I have been to.
One of the advantages of this one, is that they are connected to a mall, so there is usually plenty of parking.
I’m not so enthused about the checkout area though, and maybe it’s better during the weekends than weekdays; but I found that their cash staff to be a bit lacking and disorganized.
The Baby section, in general, was poorly kept and it isn’t very inviting to shop in — probably due to lack of floor space — they don’t have very many models of the larger baby gear items on display and testing.
Overall, probably will come here for basic necessities, but go to another store for the larger purchase needs.

Staff seem to be always friendly here. I’ve been to the one at Vaughan Mills and the one by Silver City on Yonge, both locations had moody staff. This one located inside Markville Mall is a tad smaller than the other ones, but selection of toys and baby items are still enough!

This is a great store to bring your kids to play with toys even if that means leaving without anything!
Customer service is excellent here as they are very helpful with your needs.
Environment is bright and clean for your kids to hang out at.
I would bring my kids here.

Out of all the Toys R Us locations, this one is one of the better ones. My sister used to work here and my whole family still shops here regularly. A lot of the children’s gifts /​toys that we purchase are from this Toys R Us location.
It’s a pretty big store, with a LOT of toys for kids of all ages. I always visit this store when I’m at Markville Mall, when I need something from there or just to kill some time.
