I rented a 9′ van from this location, for 2 days over a weekend. I made the reservation on line and then stopped by the location the day before, to make sure that everything was going to be okay. Anna, the ‘receptionist’, was very pleasant, courteous and efficient, taking her time to make sure that I was comfortable with the pick-​up process.
The van itself was clean and tidy. It only had about 15,000 km on the clock, so it ran well. It was great on gas: Markham to Bowmanville and return for $ 14 worth of gas @85.7 cents a litre! I returned the van on Sunday evening, dropping the key in the box by the door. No copy contract require, which suggests that they listened and learned from Jennifer K’s observation on October 29, 2014! Smart thinking, Fine Detail!
I’ll be renting from this location again shortly.

Seems like this location located inside Fine Details always have a truck or a van available for last minute rental without making an advance reservation as you never know when you need to move a big item.
We did check online availability prior walking in for a rental and both a cargo van and boxed truck were available for rental for $ 19.95 + tax+mileage and fee for a 24 hour period.
Just beware of overnight off hours dropbox requirement as parking at the wrong lot or forgetting to include a copy of rental agreement would cost you extra!
