Over-priced, service sucks, food ok. Not a place to take family. Good place to binge as it has a very attentive bartender, who delays your food order so you can drink more. Took 15 mins to add $ 12.99+ 1.75, then another 10 mins to calculate the taxes. Never again!!!

The ambiance inside the restaurant is *very* plain, but the food did make up for it — although we did do takeout. The takeout was all packed in round Styrofoam containers. We got the Beef Curry, Chicken Curry, Butter Chicken, Aloo Matar, Matar Paneer, Naan and Samosa’s. The Curry’s were all great — the sauce was tasty, nicely spicy but not over the top. The Butter Chicken was good but wasn’t my favourite, the Aloo Matar and Matar Paneer were good, and the Samosa’s were fantastic. Ask for their tamarind chutney, as it «seemed» homemade and tasted very good. It was suggested that we only needed two orders of Rice for four people, we could have used at least three orders. It was suggested that four orders of Naan for four people, but two was sufficient. The prices were reasonable. We ordered the 5 dishes above plus two orders of rice, four Samosas and two orders of Naan, and we paid about $ 75. We would definitely go back and order from them again. They also have Indian Sweets, so if you like those, they seem to have a decent selection — although not as many in some of the bigger Toronto restaurants. My biggest concern about the restaurant is they are advertising cheap beer and wings on their roadside sign. I want to see them advertising good Indian food, as I hope this is the market they are catering too, and what they are striving to excel in.
