I came in around 11 on a Friday night. It had been a nice warm day out, so I figured there’d be some life at this pub.
Oh, man. I was wrong. There were 3 people on the patio & maybe another 3 inside.
Obviously, I didn’t have to fight for the attention of the bartender. My friend and I sat down at the bar and put away a couple Stellas before hopping to another bar in town.
Hopefully this place livens up as the summer approaches. A bar is a terrible thing to waste.

Being not from the area I was looking for a place to spend a couple of hours, have some food, surf the net on my laptop and people watch if it came down to it.
The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was just what I was looking for. Pub feel, comfy chairs in the back with a fireplace and I could be completely secluded or join the other guests near the bar playing games and chatting over an after work-​Friday night drink.
The pesto pasta was not the best dish I could have ordered. I would stick to main dishes that you can’t really alter from place to place if your looking for good fare.
