Adding insult to injury. Avoid at all costs. The staff are rude, the lines are long and the communication is terrible. There are more customers helping people figure out what to do (take a umber, sit and wait outside, try to listen for your name called in a squeaky little voice full of loud talkers.) than there are staff. A painful experience.
