Decent bang for the buck! Slower than it used to be due to all the extra menus choices now.

poor slow service. not many waiters working at this location. had to wait around 45 minutes for a waiter to come take order in an almost empty restaurant.
the chicken pieces are small and not what it used to be years ago. their delivery/​takeout menu is different from dine-​in menu so keep that in mind when planning to dine in it is more expensive. this chicken was tasteless.

The food is pretty much standard for Swiss Chalet. The chicken was cooked though out, the fries were slightly crispy and not burnt, portions the same other locations etc
But where this location looses major points is the facilities. The seats are small barely fit two normal sized adults. I ate my meal feeling cramped!
If I go back I’ll ask not to sit at a booth!

Every few years I forget how disappointed I was with my previous visit to Swiss Chalet and I return. Today sadly was such a day. To be honest I don’t understand how Swiss Chalet has strayed so far from the quality path of it’s quality beginnings. There’s no need to describe the food and hopefully no impetus to ever return.

Good location. Always good service and food.
They need to change the floor though it’s slippery and will one day cause an accident.
Parking area is very small and when they have a full house you’re best to park in front of Harvey’s.

My family went here after apple picking so we were famished! Service was very friendly but slowwww… which is unusual for Swiss Chalet. After all… its fast food with sit down service no?
The Saturday afternoon we came here, the restaurant was dulled with lots of parties; one corner has a kids parry while another section was completely sectioned off for some adult gathering. I guess in Milton, Swiss Chalet is the place to host!
Overall, you can never go wrong here… we ordered the signature chicken dishes and soups.

The food is the same everywhere at this ubiquitous chain, but here the staff are especially friendly and efficient, which makes a lunch out with two kids under 6 a lot smoother.

There’s a chocolate lava cake here with your name on it!
I’ve come here for lunch with my coworkers on a few occasions. The service is pretty quick & the food comes out in a timely manner. Definitely a steady performer: 3 stars.
