Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to, The wait always takes forever whether you’re in the drive through or you go inside and when you do get your order there’s a 90% chance that it will be wrong. This happens every single time I go there. If it’s not me grumbling about the poor service it’s the person either in front of or behind me complaining about their order. What happened to Tim Hortons? You used to be able to count on quick and reliable service but now it always seems to be a crap shoot. My advice is to stay as far away from this location as possible. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Tim Hortons never has and never will top my places to go for a coffee or something to eat. This location is the worst of them all! I have given this place 3 chances because I live close to the location. But like in baseball, 3 strikes and you’re out. The first incident happened when my pregnant wife sent me to get a toasted bagel with cheese and tomato. There was only one person working, as the rest of the staff had apparently walked out. I felt bad for the lone employee as she was clearly overwhelmed. However, she did forget to put the tomato on the bagel; imagine disappointing a pregnant woman when she has a food craving… so I had to go back and get the piece of tomato. The second time I gave them a chance, I waited longer than anytime I went to a coffee shop or fast food restaurant — I waited 20 minutes for 2 iced caps and a bottle of water! Speaking of iced caps is what brings me to strike 3. I went in to order an iced cap. They took my debit payment and then made me wait 5 minutes before telling me they couldn’t make iced caps today. While they did give me my money back I was very inconvenienced and disappointed. That being said I will never go back to this location again. I’d rather go to Starbucks across the street; the prices are pretty close these days.

Well I hope you have time to wait. Even at «slow hours» drive through takes about 10 to 15 min on average. Thinking going inside will be faster? Think again. Great location. «or maybe just the only Tim’s on the south end of town» either way if you see 4cars inline, be prepared to wait it’s a snail store in that place

horrible staff here especially the blue shirt owner of the restaurant. he has black/white hair and wears glasses with black pants and blue shirt always. he owns another tim hortons at creditview and britannia intersection and he is known for his bad attitude. food is just like any other tim hortons but the service and staff is horrible.

Awful service. Had to wait 15minutes in the drive thru line(there are 2 lanes), and service was rude. To top it all off, when I got to the window I was informed they didn’t make my requested sandwich until 10am; so I waited 15mins for nothing. Went over to the Tim Hortons on James Snow(they make everything all the time) and got what I wanted. i will never be back to the Thompson and Louie St Laurent location.
