Vixen Nails & Spa

My sister and I went into Vixen Nails & Spa as walk-​ins on a tuesday afternoon. The website mentioned that they allowed walk-​ins, and since this was a weekday and an off time, we thought we were good to go.
When I walked in, the spa was absolutely empty. The woman working there barely looked up from what she was doing. She came over a couple minutes later, looking very irritated and asked what I wanted. I asked for their spa pedicures. She tells me she’s too busy and will not be able to. I told her my sister and I are willing to wait and don’t mind if our pedicures are not done together. She rolled her eyes at me and said «do you want me to show you my schedule or something? I can’t do it. I don’t know what you want me to say».
I’m sorry for trying to give this place my business. There are a couple other nail salons in this plaza that are much more welcoming. Don’t waste your time here.

I took my mom and sister to get mani’s and pedies here and I got a set of gel nails. My gel nails looked terrible after 2 days and came off after 5. 2 fingers were also shaped different then the rest. My sisters shellac mani had to be redone bc the girl doing it the first time ruined it. The pedicures were nice. The atmosphere is great, very posh looking and staff is nice and friendly. Be aware if you get a new staff member, make sure you get what you pay for bc my mom received a completely different experience then myself or my sister and we payed for the same package.

Good spot for quick mani-​pedi. This place is quite basic but very efficient. If you want a «spa» experience, this isn’t the place. But if you want to be in and out in less than 90 minutes then you found the place. They are well staffed and get the job done.

Great service! When you come in for a treatment, i. e pedicure the staff offers a beverage while you wait in your comfortable massaging chair. There are two large screen tvs hanging from the wall, plenty of magazine and a clean and relaxing atmosphere. The workers are very nice but also respectful if you are just there to sit back and relax, so they won’t talk your ear off. unless you want to of course. Prices are very competitive too and they do a fabulous job! The only reason its not a 5 star rating is because I have only gotten pedicures so I am not familiar with all of the services they offer and the level of quality. I would assume they would be quite good though based on my experience.
