Obedience Unleashed Dog Training

After meeting several dog owners who had taken their pets to Obedience Unleashed we decided to give Andy a try. We had previously taken clicker training with a focus on positive reinforcement but we didn’t feel it was completely effective.
When we first got our puppy, hubby and I were completely certain that we would not to be the type of owner that has a dog running up to people, jumping, and being a general jerk off leash. Nor did I want to be the person who is constantly bellowing at their dog when we’re walking in the beautiful wilderness.
After only one hour long training session, our 14 month old golden retriever Gus was markedly better behaved. Walking him used to be a constant struggle and by the morning after the first training session, we had loose leash walking down pat.

The investment in an e-​collar and training with Andy has already paid off in spades. We regularly walk Gus along the dykes at Pitt Meadows and regularly run into satisfied Obedience Unleashed customers which I think speaks volumes.
