White Spot Mission

Normally I find that Unilocal has a lot of inflated positive reviews of businesses. However,. As you can see the opposite is true with White Spot in Mission.
I don’t know what it is about Mission and poor service. This seems to be the norm. The question is why? Why do the locals put up with this?
Anyhow. All the negative comments about this location are true. The issues are continuing and management at this location seem to justify the bad behavior by the staff in the worst case and in the best case either partially refund (meet you halfway) for their screw up eg. If 4 orders were messed up, they’ll credit only 2 partial orders instead of all 4. If you ordered take out it gets even worse if you point out any issues like cold or non fresh food or if your order is wrong. If you’re lucky enough, you might get a voucher or your too… again, If you’re lucky.
I think the main problem here is the management and supervisors who run the show. You can only go so far and blame the front line and cooks. I encourage everyone to contact corporate White Spot in Vancouver so they become actively involved in becoming aware and remedying the issues at this location. Writing a negative review online obviously doesn’t do much except warn others to stay away.

I love White Spot. But I would drive right past this one and spend another 20 minutes on the road to get to Maple Ridge or Abbotsford before I would eat here.
They have terrible service and it’s because the kitchen is in complete chaos. Whatever you order, expect it to be incredibly different from the last time you came. Expect it to be slow. Expect it to be cold. Expect it to be greasy. Expect them to make errors on your bill.
I am not exaggerating when I tell you that they have had to give me my meal for free the last three times I have been there. It’s that bad. White Spot needs to step in before this location folds.

Quite possibly the worst restaurant in Mission. It took nearly an hour to get our food and the restaurant was less than ¼ full. The meals are overpriced and food mediocre at best. Will never eat here again.

Went to White Spot for brunch today. The place was super dead and it still took them almost 10 minutes to seat us! The food was absolutely awful. My hot turkey sandwich was cold and soggy. My partners cheesy broccoli was served in a bowl and you could literally see the grease pooling around it. Even my 4 year old niece said that her pirate pack didn’t taste very good. How do you screw up chicken fingers?! I would not recommend this place to anyone. A definite fail.

Worst white spot. Seriously. If you want cold food that takes a half hour then go here.

One of the worst places I’ve ever been to eat, service is awful, place is disgusting went there around 9pm one evening only one other couple eating there and around
6 dirty tables and the floor was covered in garbage everywhere. will never be back!

White Spot has been one of my favorite fast food joints since the 70’s, but this one is an absolute dud. We have been here many times and I don’t think there has been one occasion where our meal has been right! If you deviate from the menu at all (like gawd help you a difficult request like «please, no mayo») you’re in for it. We tried again last week, thinking «well, maybe they’ve improved since that last time» but I swear, when no lettuce and tomato that I asked for appeared, and the mayo that we asked be left out was ever present, we surrender. The hostess even sent the fries the kitchen thought fit to dish out back before I even got them. $ 35 bux for burgers and fries? At least do it right you guys, that’s all we ask. By the by, I was at the Westwood and Lougheed White Spot with my daughter and it was absolutely divine, both food and service. Wild horses couldn’t drag me back to the Mission location.
