We booked the deluxe package for my daughter’s 4th birthday. We opted for princess Anna and Elsa. The princesses looked like they were least bothered and didn’t want to be there. Elsa atleast smiled a fair bit but Anna was so rude and had had a sour face. The arts and crafts they provided was just water dip paint book pages from dollar store. Not creative and very disappointing. We were also told that each kid would get a gift pack and birthday girl would have a special one but we never got any of those. When I called the manager Sue the day after the party she said I could go back and get it. Why would I go back and get it when all the kids from the party already left? She said it was jus stickers. We paid close to $ 500 for just the party with the Elsa and Anna. I think it’s too pricey for the kind of service we got. The place is very neat and big for a big group. They also played dress up but the princess dresses were all old and ugly. Also when the girls gathered around Elsa and Anna I think they should be trained to put the birthday girl in the center instead of behind other people. Pictures didn’t come out well because of the placement. Will never go back there again. Also they promise discount coupon for future use which we never got and wouldn’t want also.

I had my kids going into this school for 03 months. For about, first 3 weeks, day care teachers started complaining about my kid that kid cries a lot. Come on, as a preschool owner and teachers there, what do you expect a child to do who visits your school first time in life. Secondly, rooms are cold and dark. The carpet was dirty enough for me to make a call that my child is not going to this school any further. My apologies for bringing the last point but want to be totally honest here, the school owner is all about money. School owner interacts only when there is a money matter. She otherwise doesn’t have any clue about how your kid is overall doing.

I held my sons birthday here and we got the jungle themed room and the kids all had a blast. The girls working were so interactive with the children I really enjoyed watching them play and learn at the same time. I will definitely recommend this place for its friendly staff and wonderful service. We will be coming back for future parties. Thank you so much for all the help and work the girls did on his special day. They made my sons day a very memorable day. All the other parents inquired about this place after the party and were very impressed with the friendliness and service we received. You have set yourself apart from all the other kids play places and our family would like to thank the girls and the team for all there hard efforts on that day.

My daughter had her 5th birthday party here. It’s a huge space and very safe for kids to go crazy and play. We had Elsa as our party hostess and she was wonderful. The girls had a great time. The girls loved the jungle room, we had kids from 4 to 8 years old and all of them enjoyed the play areas. My only suggestion is that the craft section was a bit more creative. They basically coloured some paper. I was hoping that was more engaging. We did get the basic package so I’m not sure if they get more crafts with the deluxe?. We were able to bring in some of our own food and the table set up was spacious. Highly recommend.

We got invited to a birthday party that took place at this establishment, first of all it’s really difficult to find, it’s in an industrial area and all you have is a normal standard industrial font sign saying Alpha’s Discovery Club. The only colorful sign that was standing out was a little pylon outside the door. Coming in, the first room was big but you could see that it was just basically a office transformed into a play area. Two of them were transformed into bathrooms and one into the party room or eating room. My biggest worry with this place was the«closed» concept. You had the first big room which was ok, that’s where you could do all the dress up and they had a little fenced off infant /toddler play area but then you had to go to a whole different room with a closed door to get into the play area. So if you are 1 parent on 2 kids good luck to you! No thanks! Plus play area was dark cold and dingy, not one single window. So overall verdict, no thanks…
