Kevin went above and beyond making the repair and clearly could have inflated the cost/​charges but he didn’t. I was really impressed. After completing the repair he took the time to correct the last technician’s (another company) work and cleaned the leads on my power bar which was not part of the job. He double checked and found loose screws behind the control knobs and tightened them. Above and beyond… very conscientious! He also provided some good advice on what to do with two other appliances.
