The landlords are very negligent.
I agree with the comment below, there are MANY people moving out and in constantly, it is a great shame that I did not notice this before. THERE IS A REASON!!! BEWARE… Especially if you have pets, even if the landlord has a pet [which howls incessantly] they will not hesitate to evict you for the stupidest reasons (so I’ve seen).
The rent is insanely high, the hot water never works and my roof has been leaking since I’ve moved in. In winter, on the higher floors you freeze to death and they do nothing about it. Apparently this has been going on for a while. Save your money people and go to a trusted property management company. Also, if you have friends who drive, the landlord watches and calls parking enforcement who often give you a hefty fine along with treats of towing.
Forgot to mention, there is pigeon shit everywhere. they breed on my balcony and I can’t even use it. So really, what are you paying for? may as well move down the street and save $ 600 bucks and live in the same shithole with a different name.
Suspicious people are seen coming in and out of the buildings at all times and in the stairways. I would not recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!
