The place looks nice & really cozy. Perfect place to hangout with friends! Food? Is meeeh & pricey. But try their fries and ask for different kind of dips! I guess the meatballs is worth a try too? What I love most about this place is their promotion every Tuesday! «Name your price» So basically, you get to have their featured drinks on Tuesday for any amount above $ 0.50(?) — and above! Proceeds will go to their chosen charity(I forgot the name). But… 1 drink per person only. anyways, I ordered ROASTEDOOLONGMILKTEA(with grass jelly on it already). ANDITTASTEDSOOOOOOGOOD that I kept on coming back for it. Would I come back for it on a regular day and pay $ 5? Yes, for sure. Coz’ it’s that good. :)

Wonderfully renovated! It’s very clean and relaxing there however they take forever to make the drinks. The drinks are quite good though!

Bubble tea wasn’t great. Tapioca bubbles were tough to digest. Guy working there was training an older lady, which was fine, but you could tell he was a two faced spaz. Won’t return.

This is my regular hang out spot because of its cool, laid back atmosphere. My friends and I come here so often that we know the staff here by name! You can buy one drink and just chill as long as you want to. We usually play board games here, and they even have some you can borrow. It gets very busy on Friday and Saturday nights, but that’s to be expected. The bubble tea itself is nice. My favourites are the Honey Lemon drop, Matcha Aloe, and Hot Matcha Latte. The price is what you’d expect, ranging from $ 4 – 7 depending on the size and flavour of the drink.

5 stars for their staff, they’re really nice! Although they are understaffed most of the time The bubble tea menu itself is prettyyyy disappointing though. I would rate it 1⁄5 lol. They just don’t step up their bubble tea game, unfortunately.

Interesting design, it’s fun and a nice place to hang out. You really can’t tell from the outside.

Slow service for such a high price. I usually come to this place at night time and there’s always only one person working for such a big store. The drink is decent but the wait is not worth it.

Came here with some friends. I’m familiar with bubble tea and the Bubble Tease franchise. Friendly staff, but their menu is more unique than other bubble tea places. Service is a little slow. Other than that, great environment and nice comfy seats.

I came for their Milk Tea Tuesday special where you get a choice of Assam or Roasted Rice Milk Tea. I came with my family and most of us ordered the Assam while two people ordered the Roasted Rice. Also, one of my family members had a sore throat so he got the Relaxing Lychee(hot) beverage. The assam was tastier than the Roasted Rice but wasn’t anything special. The Relaxing Lychee was also a tad too sweet in my opinion. The store seems very new and clean but there seemed to be only one person manning the cashier and making the drinks so she seemed a bit overwhelmed. In general, the store is nice if you’re just craving bubble tea when nearby but it isn’t anything special, and there are certainly much tastier choices.

Terrible bubble tea!!! No ice, over steamed tapioca and bitter green tea… green tea 2 hrs for sure that’s why it’s bitter…

My friend and I come here every once in a while for a large night catch up over bubble tea. Not that we choose it for any purpose other than nostalgia. I was surprised that the menu has changed a lot, the most noticeable being the axing of the caffeine-free teas. Ordering was very difficult, and the staff were a little impatient when we had a hard time putting together an order. There are a lot of options and it’s confusing distinguishing between a original milk tea vs flavoured vs slush. I wish they had an easier ordering system, maybe an AYCE-type paper checklist? Anyway, we got the taro bubble tea with coconut jelly and an original milk tea. Nothing spectacular. The bubble tea next door at Phở Mi is much, much better. And while I’m usually okay with the seating, tonight some couches and tables were pretty dirty(used napkins balled up on the floor and food scraps everywhere). It wasn’t busy, so I feel the staff could have taken care of the mess sooner. I don’t really know why we keep coming here. It’s also pretty pricy by the time you’re done adding in the flavours and fun bits. Nothing really stands out, although I had a serious craving for takoyaki tonight. I’m afraid to try it here though, because I may become even more disappointed than I already am.

I haven’t been here in the longest time and the last time I was here it was a pretty quiet bubble tea place with a decent range of flavours and only food option of waffles. You would just order and sit yourself. This recent time, I made a visit with a friend and it was pretty busy. Now they even have a server for people that are dining in. So, we were seated pretty quickly and my friend decided to try their daily special– Assam milk tea. I opted for the roasted milk tea as my friend said it was her favourite drink at the Toronto location. We also ordered a red velvet cake to share. They actually had more dessert options and snack options(takoyaki, nachos etc) to choose from in comparison to before. Even the one in Toronto did not have food items. I liked the red velvet, it was what you would imagine. Moist with yummy cream cheese icing. On the other hand, the drinks were nothing special. I didn’t particularly like the roasted milk tea since the flavor wasn’t as strong as expected. chatime is definitely a lot better. My friend didn’t find her Assam milk tea particularly special either. good thing it was the special of the day so it was a good deal(large bbt at $ 2.99). Some thing I wanted to mention is that you can substitute the milk with soy or lactose-free milk, which is something other places don’t have. I will be back with friends to hang out since they have comfy sofas and pretty decent snack menu… not so much for the bubble tea though.

I used to come here a lot because they have many booths with outlets to study. This is a good place to come for students. Their bbt is on the pricey side for the portions they give. One time I ordered no ice so they filled it 2⁄3 full. It was $ 5 and I felt ripped off. Their bbt isn’t always consistent tasting depending on who is making it. Sometimes too watery and sometimes too sweet. I do however like their roasted milk tea. They also have a larger selection of teas you can choose from(not just green and black tea)

A coworker and I dropped by Café Bubbletease for an afternoon snack. It was a Friday and we both agreed to indulge ourselves for some sweet delicacies after lunch. It was our first time visiting this café for both of us. I have to say, we loved the décor of the store! It looks very chic and modern in this part of town. The interior was decorated stylishly and spaciously. The atmosphere just feels so bright and vibrant, which put the two of us immediately at ease. The food was alright, but it wasn’t anything to write home about. I ordered a warm drink and it almost felt a little too cold. Also, the menu was already a bit on the pricey side, so we didn’t feel like the quality of the meal necessarily matched what we paid for. Overall, we enjoyed our first visit to Café Bubbletease and we would be keen on visiting the place again, especially if they continue making improvements to the quality of their menu!

Bubblelious!!! The place is great! The set-up is great, its spacious and seat is nice, appealing and comfortable. Its a little pricey so I will call it up scale. I ordered a waffle but there wafflemaker wasn’t working properly so they had to give me a refund. We had a cold and hot drink, the cold drink was amazing and the star jelly was delicious. The hot drink on the other hand was not a good chose from the menu as it tasted like sea weeds. All in all its a great place to relax and chill with peeps!

I ordered the mango smoothie and split a waffle with soft-serve vanilla ice cream, strawberries and strawberry syrup. Mango smoothie was just perfect. I would have preferred to have mango chunks in there like other bubbletease places tend to put but I guess I could try asking for that next time. Waffles were good too. Their icecream was similar to mcdonalds soft serve ice cream so it was pretty good. Loved the atmosphere there. Décor is modern and edgy, just the way I like it. So overall, its a great place to hang out with friends and have dessert.

An upscale bubble tea place with nice décor and tons of seating. Everytime I visited service has always been fast and efficient. Bubble tea doesn’t taste watered down. One less star because of the food. Mehhhh! Eat somewhere else and have drinks here after

I’ve visited Bubble Tease many times since it first opened but for some reason I don’t have a Unilocal review for it yet =S. Café BubbleTease is a great place to hangout and catchup with friends. There are plenty of booths to sit in. The décor is really nice and colourful and all of their menus are placed on huge LCDTV’s. I’m pretty sure they have free wifi but if for some reason you can’t get a signal, log into Freshii’s instead. Usually the bubble tea orders don’t take long but tonight took a bit longer than usual. The bbt’s here are a bit more expensive than other shops but it’s not something that would stop me from occasionally dropping by. They also sell food here but it’s a bit on the pricey side. PS: If you’re a student, you get a discount. It’s about 10%, but something is better than nothing.

Location is really random but the décor is gorgeous — really a place you can sit and talk for a long time. The food on the other hand, so overpriced that I really dont recommend it. We got the smoked salmon penne and the chicken curry. Both were good but not worth the price(over $ 10!). Portions werent that large either.

We visit my father-in-law a lot SO excited to see that a bubble tea place opened up in Heartland, which is on the way to see him.(And it’s right next to Freshii, but that’s another review…) Café Bubble Tease just opened, so while it’s unfortunate that the previous reviewer had such a bad experience, I’d like to hope that it was just the staff learning and not commonplace. In the several times I’ve been to this Bubble Tease location, I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience.(And our orders have been correct.) I love bubble tea. And I love that Bubble Tease offers soymilk as well– so I can enjoy pretty much any flavor on the menu. The atmosphere is very inviting as well. It definitely carries a very Asian décor(though toned down), with white«bubbles» in various sizes attached to the ceiling and mesh curtains between each of the booths. My husband and I were able to bring in our Freshii burritos from next door and sit down with some delicious bubble tea for a nice, quiet and relaxing lunch break. I will definitely be going back.
