I bought a gazebo, firepit and chairs, Overall good experience. The staff was helpful. They helped me figure out exactly what I need, sizes, matching colors and working through all my questions. If you’re shopping for patio furniture. I would recommend this place over home depot or canadian tire as they seem to be experts in outdoor furniture and they’ll take the time to explain everything in detail.

This is the worst store you can find in North America! never buy anything from here! Beware! They will send you defective furniture and you are stuck with it!
We bought a nice patio furniture set with the umbrella, and Center table for a total charge of $ 2,077. It’s a big mistake and never again will we buy anything from here or recommend anyone to buy from this store!
We paid for home delivery $ 85. The store manager at the Mississauga store named ‘Helena’ promised us that it would be delivered on the Thursday following the weekend that we made our purchase. We get a call on Thursday that they were delivering during office hours and not in the evening after work. So we had to set up another date for it to be delivered, and I had to take time off from work since they said they only deliver up until 5pm. So that’s the first part we were tricked, when it got delivered on Monday it came with a missing piece… they forgot our ottoman. So we had to make an arrangement for ottoman delivery on the following Thursday night between 6−9pm (oh now they deliver in the evening suddenly!) and the delivery guy came at 10pm because of delays. They seemed very disorganized. When we opened the ottoman it was a different color from our set. Again we had to call them to reschedule another delivery and pickup for the right color. After negotiating with them a lot I finally got them to deliver it to us on the weekend. We were happy and had our guests over for BBQ that weekend. But much to our disappointment we noticed that they had put four sharp metal pieces on the edge of each sectional wicker patio furniture such that when we opened the top to put the cushion inside for storage the metal piece would cut into the wicker furniture. So we have a damaged set even before using it! It was a design flaw. Since this is a new design this year we decided to go to the store and talk to the manager, we sent her all the pictures that we took. The display model at the store had the same problem and the wicker was all cut from the inside. The store manager promised to contact the head office and get back to us. It’s been a week now and no news yet. I even called the store manager again, and also called the headoffice customer service line. Never got to speak with a live person but left lots of messages but no reply. This store sucks big time. I am thinking of disputing with my credit card company based on damaged goods received, and no response from seller. If you are from the dot furniture rep and is reading this, and can help us then please contact us. Our transaction number is 26 827 on 3^rd may, 2014 for $$ 2,077.02 in Mississauga. Advise to other people please do not buy from this store if you want peace in your life. The after sales service really sucks big time and not even upto Asian standard never mind North America!
