Great company to work with.
The technician was knowledgeable and explained what was causing the back up in my basement. The crew showed up the next morning to replace my broken drain pipe.
Everything was so quick, and the price was great!

I made an appointment several days in advance to have Drain Com install some faucets and an appliance in my home. I called them on the day of my appointment to confirm the booking and they assured me there would be no issues. Long story short, the technician (Boris) waited until 20 minutes before his scheduled arrival time to tell me he would be late and unable to complete the job that day. The lack of notice was extremely frustrating and resulted in a lot of wasted time for me. When I called the head office to advise them that I had to cancel the appointment, and to tell them about the technician’s screw up, the «office manager» told me this type of thing is to be expected in the industry. She was blatantly flippant about the situation and offered no apology whatsoever. I was SO disappointed with the attitude I got and the lack of customer service, especially given the reviews I had read online.

This company was professional, efficient and friendly. They even have a good mobile website which is a plus in my mind. I would definately use them again and recommend them to others. They fixed the faucet of our tub which was leaky.

–Lowest quote, but nicest customer service
–Did the job properly and in a day (we had our main pipe replaced).
–Booked it two days after calling.
–no mess at the end and they had to dig up our front yard and all the way down, but when they left you couldn’t even tell they had been there.
–the guys who did the job were polite and nice to deal with.
–gave me a deal for paying cash.
