Lemme just rant for a bit. 1. the service was TERRIBLE — for ALLTHREE times that i was there — i asked the stores person why there were scratches on my bag and he simply responded that there are scratches on all of their bags and that’s just how their quality of their fossil bag is. He didn’t seem helpful at all and completely turned me off in wanting to purchase the bag because of how bad the quality and service was 2. the second time i was there, the assistant manager was very rude and was unhelpful at all. i wanted to purchase a bag but they only had the display model out that had scratches and smudges. They were very hesitant on wanting to get a brand new for me from other stores and gave me a lot of pressure in buying the one that they currently have by telling me that the sale is going to end if i don’t purchase it today. He said if you don’t buy the bag today, you won’t get the deal anymore because the sale is going to end the next day. This was COMPLETELYFALSE as the sale is STILLON as I“m writing this review. In the end, i bought the bag on my second visit and felt absolutely terrible afterwards. 3. The overall tone that the sales people and assistant managers were speaking to me in were just plain rude. Usually, sales people are always trying to find the best way to satisfy the customer and fulfill their needs. But at Fossil at Square One, they were extremely reluctant in helping you do anything — even the simplest request like shipping a new bag for me from another store. 4. The entire time I was inside the store, the sales people were all just huddling in their own circle and not attentive to the customers at all. I felt like I was bothering their social circle every time I wanted to ask them a question. 5. I found the same bag at The Bay for $ 80 dollars less and they wouldn’t match the price at first until they had a sales person physically go inside the store to find the bag and its price. At the end, they couldn’t find the bag and the assistant manager said«I’ll let you have the deal anyways» as if HE was doing me the favour when I could’ve just returned it and bought at The Bay for cheaper. BTW, it clearly says the price of the bag on the Bay’s website and i showed it them and they wouldn’t believe me. Usually after a purchase i feel pretty happy about the product that I bought. NOTATFOSSILATSQUAREONE. The entire time i walked around the mall afterwards I felt terrible of the way i was treated in this store and the despicable service that I received. I will never be purchasing anything from this store again.
