I had laser hair removal sessions done here and they indicated 8 sessions should remove most of the hair. After 7 sessions I still have most of the hair still in the area. I did not go to the last appointment because they burnt me on the 7th appointment. I did everything after the treatment to prevent the burn, applied cold compression and aloe vera. I had a scar from the burn for approx 3 months.
The worst part of it all is that after I left a voicemail (because they never pick up the phone) indicating the burn and cancelled my 8th apppointment, they didn’t have the courtesy to call me back!
Never ever get anything done here.
