Bought my bed from Nine Clouds and I was happy happy happy with the entire thing. No hassle, nice sales people, got me the best mattress, delivered on time. Johnny was very patient and helpful. Took his time and listened to me. Showed me 2 mattresses that worked for me and I chose the firmer one. DONE! Nice and easy.
Bringing my son next time for his bed.

We purchased a Day Bed/​Trundle bed from Nine Clouds. In the store I received great service — very attentive and answered all my many questions willingly. The two men who delivered and set up the bed were absolutely fabulous. Ash and Kanwar were very considerate of our home and were very friendly to both my husband and myself. They took off their boots, carefully carried the bed downstairs so as not to mark any walls. Then, they put the bed together quickly and with attention to detail. Ash even showed me how some of it went together in case I ever have to take it apart. They patiently showed us how to use the trundle and cautioned us about anything we needed to know. They even helped my put the bed skirt on the Day Bed as they put it together. They took away all the boxes and cleaned up any mess they had made. I would highly recommend Nine Clouds. We could not have asked for better service. And, we love our new Trundle Day Bed. Thanks to all of you.

Showroom is not as nice as Sleep Country Canada. There are some glaring, overhead fluorescent lights which are a bit harsh. This store also sells Dreamstar, a Canadian mattress company, plus Serta, and other brands.
I didn’t get the salesman’s name, but he was very pleasant. Again, no sales pressure much like the other mattress stores that I have been to lately.
What Nine Clouds offers that SCC does not is not only free delivery, but they also remove your old mattress for free as well. (I have to call SCC, but according to the other reviews, SCC charges $ 10 to remove the mattress.) And the mattress cover was also cheaper — $ 89.99, as opposed to SCC’s $ 109.99.
Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the market for a new mattress!

I went to this store recommended by my sister who also bought a futon. It was the best option after checking many stores in Toronto including the big department stores. They have a big showroom. The staff is also friendly and don’t put pressure on you to buy.
