Royal Auto Collision not only do Damage Repair. I had my Audi Q7 Sparkplug and Battery changed earlier this year.

Recently I had my car Oil and Filters changed as well with original parts. Richard is the one I always deal with, he is not only providing good service, but he is very professional and courteous to the customers.

I will continue to bring my car to him for any repair or service .

Do not accept tow truck from this place or sign anything. They will charge you $ 3000+ to get your car out. Numerous other customers also complained of poor repair jobs and inability to meet deadlines during our brief stay at the reception area. Avoid at all costs.

Had to get some repairs done to my A6 — someone backed into the car and damaged the front grill. Recommended by a friend, I dropped in to see Royal Auto Collision on 1200 Crestlawn Dr. From the moment I stepped in, it was a positive experience — the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Maron was my service advisor and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I arranged to drop off the car and left on a business trip. It turned out that there was much more damage underneath than originally visible. Maron kept me informed during my trip — emailing me on the progress of repairs. My car was ready when promised and needless to say — they did a terrific job! The little extra touches they add, such as text messages to remind of appointments and when the car was ready are all a testament to their commitment to customers and service. All the staff I came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Keep up the GREAT work and service — it makes a difference.

Great customer service from Richard and Margaret. These guys not only fixed my car w original parts but they also detailed the inside and outside (it was already clean but they went the extra mile, and it was nice to get it back w the rims and tires polished). They speak professionally to everyone and go the extra mile to make you aware of what their warranties cover and even met w me AND MY INSURANCE ADJUSTER to speak candidly about the benefit of using their team. The tow-​truck guy recommended this place to me bc they don’t ever give him a hassle and even told me about the customer service team there.
It was a relief as a woman to walk into a body shop and be treated with respect.
