Running Room Canada

It was my first time visiting Running Room last weekend after hearing a lot of great reviews about Running Room in general.
My boyfriend and I walked in, knowing we could request an assessment of our feet and a few recommendations for running shoes. In the end, we walked out with so much more information than we expected to receive.
Lucas spent some time assessing our feet by taking a look at how we stand, walk, and perform lunges. He then provided some recommendations on footwear for our particular feet. We spent more than an hour in the store as he kept showing us different types of shoes, letting us try different pairs, explaining why one pair is better than the other, and answering every question we had. It was pretty obvious that he has a passion for running and knowing the science behind the sport as well.
In the end, my boyfriend walked out with a pair he feels very comfortable in (size, fit and colour). I wasn’t able to find a pair in the colours I was hoping for, but I was told the Square One location, as well as the Yonge & Eglinton location, have bigger selections, so I’ll check them out!
We had a great experience at the Running Room in Port Credit and we would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a new pair of proper running shoes!

I like the selection in their store. The staff is very attentive. I can find a lot of useful items.
