Sofa Country

We’re still in the process of dealing with Sofa Country but the process has been painful.
This family run store is friendly, but they have serious delay issues. We’re several MONTHS behind on our custom sofa order. We ordered it in March for an end of May delivery and it’s now August! Still no couch, no phone calls returned. The total lack of communication has been a nightmare.
We’ve repeatedly called and left messages and have yet to get a call back. When we DO reach someone in the store they never remember who we are. At one point we were told our sofa would be delivered «tomorrow», only to find out they thought we were another customer. We were then promised a follow-​up call on a certain date which never came.
From a family illness to a manufacturer delay, we’ve heard every excuse in the book.
My sister-​in-​law bought a couch from them and had similar issues. She was happy with the end result (which is why this is not a 1-​star), but it’s a completely frustrating way to do business.

Worst delivery EVER!!! Living room chairs were ordered 14 weeks ago and dining room chairs 10 weeks ago. They NEVER answer their phone so I went in person and was told that their aunt died that day. My sofa arrived at the 10 week mark only because I hounded them at the eight week mark. But was told that it was delayed because of furniture show. Left them a message today telling them that my goods must be delivered no later than this friday otherwise I don’t want them anymore. Buyer be ware! If you want something for Holiday season… order now or go elsewhere!!!
