The staff are friendly but every time I’ve brought in my car, even with an appointment (!), I’m waiting there for HOURS. I wouldn’t mind if they were just realistic about the wait times because then I could go and do something while I wait, but they underestimate how long things will take constantly.
I am suspicious that they tried to get me to buy a new shock/​strut suspension system because I’m a girl and sadly I know nothing about vehicles. Luckily I took it to another garage for a second opinion and was told that my shocks were fine… this incident soured me on this location (hence the 2-​star review).
