Sure the store is newly renovated but I wouldn’t go back to this location or buy from Swarovski anymore. The customer service is the WORST when you have a problem and they don’t make any accommodations or exceptions. Oh but they’re so nice when they want you to buy something. Total BS. I’ve had two instances where I’ve been really frustrated and the managers don’t budge, even calling head office is a joke. Crazy talk. Stuff is overpriced for what it is. Make sure you get anything in writing if you buy something conditionally. Hope this helps, jT
