Wow, I was limiting myself to Beer, Wine, Cheese Tastings all this time. Taste The 4^th Sense has opened my SENSES to so much more. Actually not that much, because I timed out after the 2^nd sauce. Flavour of my Tongue being scorched is quite unique I might add. Definitely bringing other UNsuspecting Unilocalers here again!

Now I know how spicy I can handle after a personal tasting session at Taste The 4^th Sense.
I am still alive after tasting a hot sauce Z Nothing Beyond with a Scoville Scale of 4 million SHU.
What make Taste The 4^th Sense that special is not that it has Canada’s largest collection of hot sauce, it is the staff! The lady working here is helpful, cheerful and knows everything about the products they have in stock. Here you are encouraged to taste anything and everything they carries, which is amazing!
My hot sauce tasting considered of 4 different hot sauces with rating starting from 600K — 4 million SHU. It is a great experience as different brand of hot sauces does have its distinguish characteristic and taste and trying it before buying definitely is the way to go!
But even if you are not in to hot sauces, you will find something you would enjoy. Grape seed oil, Fiesta Artichoke & Spinach Party Mix (just add cream cheese), Vinegar and other condiments. Some of their products are even local produced.
I ended up picking up a bottle of 1 million SHU Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce but before I can take it home, I need to sign a wavier not to torture my Unilocal friend ever with that… Seriously!
Pro Tip: Make sure you don’t rub your eyes after your hot sauce tasting session… don’t say I never warn you!
