Tim Hortons

Was just in here for a few coffees. Very slow service. Not real friendly. And we happened to notice lots of flies inside around the foods. Also the cutting board used was gross. I am sure that would not pass a health inspectors inspection !!

Canadian coffee lingo. I’ll take mine double double! (meaning double cream double sugar for my American counterparts) So I grew up drinking Timmy’s it was my staple throughout high school and college. It’s truly something I miss having living here in the USA. Not sure how but their coffee is just different than what we have here.
So every time I visit family in Canada my first stop is to come to Tim Hortons. I usually come to this location. The service is very fast and the staff are friendly. Timbits are so good my personal favorites are the dutch raisin and the jelly filled. Another great drink is the frozen iced capp! It’s insanely good!
Tim Horton’s is definitely a must have when visiting Canada.

Their coffee is always made fresh and I love their donuts especially the Boston cream donut. The raspberry lemonade tastes awesome, I used to get the regular lemonade but they recommended to get the raspberry lemonade so I got it and it tastes delicious! Their ice tea also is really good too.

Living in Canada? One of the coldest place. As you know in winter you need to cool down yourself with a… CUP OF COFFEE! I really like the taste of the Coffee/​French Vanilla! But. When you go in usa, the coffee in McDonalds is very hot and very yummy, but in Canada not good ***. I prefer using McDonalds coffee in USA and using Tim hortons in CA. Coffee done right. Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts are a joke compared to this Canadian marvel called Tim Hortons. I ordered a café mocha and it was the best I’ve ever had in my life. The regular coffee is good too. The Boston crème and apple fritter were fresh and delicious. I see some sprouting across Michigan but can’t wait to come to Chicago!

Coffee. Mmmmm… Coffee. That’s right, I’m an addict. And since they added espresso shots, it’s become a liquid nicotine thats needed to pump through my veins EVERY morning. This Timmy’s is right around the corner from where I work and again, like all the shops I frequent — It’s about the convenience and the taste.
I’m not so sure if it’s just me or if every Timmy’s really doesn’t calibrate their sugar and cream dispensers. Every Tim’s seem to be different, If I get a triple-​triple at this location it tastes the same as a double-​double at the square one location. But at least this location is always consistent (most of the time).
The reason I gave this location ⁴⁄₅ stars, even If i really enjoy it here is simply because, at least once a month there’s always an incident with my order. Such a time is last week, when I ordered an Espresso Iced Cappucino. I usually get drive thru and expect my order to be correct 99% of the time but this time, it was wrong and they even lied to cover it up. There was not a drop of espresso in this thing, I said the colour is off (The espresso shot make it a lot darker) and they said, nope, it’s got it. I drove off taking a sip and lo and behold, not a drop of caffeine in this baby.
Like I said, this is one of the better Tim’s out there, but in order to get a five star rating from me, I need to be satisfied with the service and price I pay, and with they way their pricing is increasing, I’m probably headed back to Starbucks soon.
