The only storefront in Montréal for on-​site camera repairs. The other (best) option is Zone 7 (Marc Carriere) but he is essentially a private technician.
He offers $ 20 estimates, and is familiar with both modern digital cameras and older film cameras. You can pay higher estimates at storefronts, and they will ship it away for the work to be done. The shop owner here is a pro and will no doubt have it back to you sooner.
I brought my old Nikon FE in here. I would especially recommend film camera owners to try him instead of a storefront that is less familiar with older cameras.
