The service, and the people, is really amazing: they are quick to answer and help you, they are polite, and if they don’t have the stuffs you need, they will quickly order it for you.
But damn those textbooks cost a lot! Especially the first year ones!!! And most of the time, you will never re-use them. But it’s not entirely the fault of the bookstore, but mostly of the teachers who choose these textbooks.
Also, you can order your books online, and it’s quite quick to arrive at your house (if you’re in the Quebec province). I can’t speak for the rest of the world, but it’s useful when you want to have your books in advance before the start of the semester, and can’t get on the campus.
