Cinéstarz Côte-des-Neiges

Je pense que c’est mon cinéma préféré dans tout Montréal. L’expérience est absolument spéciale. Le cinéma se trouve dans un centre d’achat un peu abandonné avec des magasins dont on né comprend pas exactement la raison d’être. Pour y accéder, on doit accéder au deuxième étage via un tapis roulant (collant) et on est jamais certain de rester en vie une fois rendu au deuxième étage. Le mardi, le billet est 5 $ ce qui est assurément le meilleur prix pour les mêmes films affichés au Cineplex/​Guzzo, sinon c’est 7 $, presque 50% moins cher qu’ailleurs. Les bancs sont absolument pas confortables, mais il y a jamais personne dans la salle (ce qui upgrade quand même ton expérience de film d’horreur), les employés sont sympathiques et le pop-​corn est bon. Ça vaut le déplacement.

Basically my favorite theatre to go to by far located within the Cote Des Neiges Shopping Mall Plaza on the second floor. Cheapest prices offered in town for first run movies. Usually a good selection offered. $ 7 for regular admission, $ 3 extra for 3D versions Thursdays to Sundays after 6:00PM. Admission for children, seniors, matinees, Tuesdays & Wednesdays are only 5 bucks! Junk food selection is pretty good with popcorn, candies (brand names & a choose your own selection), hot dogs & nachos. Prices are reasonable. A couple of arcades, air hockey table or you can check out some of the stores if you need to kill time before your movie starts. The theatre isn’t usually packed which is a plus.
Facilities are usually pretty clean & they do a decent job cleaning the theatre in between showings. Seats aren’t AMC quality but they are okay. The theatre & mall does look somewhat rundown & has seen better days but shouldn’t detour you from checking out the place. Close by public transit & there’s parking in the back of the plaza. After 9PM the mall areas are restricted by the janitors blocking you from the front & lower level entrances leaving the parking entrance as the only exit.
