My friend recently bought an industrial warehouse to use it as a garage for 18 wheelers and hired this company he told me that they helped him find sever structural problems with which he succeeded in saving 20 000 $ on his purchase thanks to their report. So all this to say that it was a no brainer to go ahead and try them out for my condo purchase in the courts mont royal. I was really impressed by how quickly and efficiently they were able to spot the structural problems in the underground garage and numerous places in the apartment. To add to it they found a potential asbestos content in the walls. In the end their report was very well documented and professional but the best part is the summary which included a recommended timeframe for the defects and an approximate repair estimate. So now the best part is … thanks to that and their recommendations i was able to drop the purchase price of my condo by a whooping 30 000 $ !!! I can literally put it back up for sale and cash out ! All in all i will definitly hire them for my next purchase and i would seriously recommend them to anyone who wants to find out what is wrong with a place before buying it and being able to negotiate it with the help of these amazing engineers ! Thanks a lot guys im still amazed by the deal that i got thanks to your amazing job ! :)

I hired this company for a pre-​purchase home inspection. The main reason I chose them is that they were the only engineers available during my timeframe. The inspection itself was okay – competent but not «Above and beyond.» Unfortunately, I was unimpressed with their level of professionalism. They were 25 minutes late (and never called to say they were stuck in traffic) and showed up WITHOUT A LADDER. Who does that? After the promised deadline for the report came and went, I phoned to ask why no one had notified me of the delay and when I could expect the report; the owner simply said «I don’t know.» I persisted and eventually got the report that night. So, overall, they were okay – competent, and the report was well-​organized – but I wouldn’t recommend them to a friend.
