Gourmet Chez Toi

Extraordinary presentation with colourful, edible flowers all beautifully served in spectacular waves of flavour. Chefs Andrew and Jason excelled in their gourmet choices and mingled seamlessly with our guests, many of who would like to engage their talents for future cocktails dinatoire.

We had a great experience with Gourmet Chez Toi. Jason helped us put together a menu that met the needs of our large group and JP did a terrific job of explaining what he was doing, where the ingredients were sourced, etc. It was an interesting and delicious way to spend and special family occasion.

This is a fabulous service and a great idea. Jason and Chef Jean Paul came to prepare a meal for us last night and it was delicious and fun We were celebrating our parents’ 50^th anniversary so there were 12 of us — enough of us that we didn’t want to go to a restaurant. Our chef proposed an excellent filet mignon menu that was very special, including watermelon and cucumber salad, fab smoked salmon appetizer, asparagus wrapped in leeks. Really good. They served us a fun assortment of cheesecakes in small mason jars — very charming. They also at short notice included a vegetarian in our midst, with a plate that was fully in keeping with the whole menu
Equally enjoyable to the food was the personal service and presentation. It was great to hear about the food we were eating, where it came from and its preparation. Lots of interesting conversation — really added to the occasion.
