The soup nazi of the floral business of montreal couldn’t better describe this guy.
I went in coz the place looked nice, while I was looking around I saw a plant that I received as a gift and didn’t know the name of it. So I asked the guy what’s the name of this plant and he told me in a cold voice that it wasn’t for sale, so I told him I just wanna know the name of this plant. To that he replied its not for sale don’t ask questions. I was shocked to how rude and unhelpful people can be. So I asked him if he was the owner and sadly he was. Then he turned around went in the back of the store and sat calmly in his chair. To me this was the worst cold hearted behavior I’ve encountered in any business. When I was leaving I told him to check in a couple days for my review. I have to say the flowers and the store is nice but it’s not worth ruining two minutes of my life. Good day Unilocalers:-)

Extremely helpful, offering some great suggestions to fill out a bouquet. Showed me how to properly cut and care for the arrangement. Awesome people that know their stuff, with a selection to back it. Highly recommended.

I’d read some reviews on other review sites about how the guy working here is the «soup nazi» (from Seinfeld) of the Montréal floral business. I was extremely curious. I have to admit, I WANTED him to be like the soup nazi in Seinfeld going in. However, I was pleasantly surprised; the man working there, while a little curt at times, proved to be extremely patient and helpful.
There was a pretty impressive selection of flowers. I had some very specific ones I needed and he happened to have them. He showed me how to make an appropriate cut in the flowers so that they would last longer and gave me a few other tips on how to make them look great (which I’ve since forgotten). I was also delighted to see that the flowers I got did not break the bank.
There are a ton of florists in Montréal, but if you’re in this area and for some reason need flowers, I’d suggest this one.
