What a stellar spot. I have to thank one of my friends for introducing me to this place! It is such a perfect place to study and the selection of teas and snacks are great for a long essay-writing haul. I got a Christmas tea and cozied up in the *secret* downstairs basement lounge and really enjoyed my time. The tea was great, the service was so so so friendly and everything about this place made me want to come back.

Adorable little café specializing in tea on Prince Arthur. When I got there, the café was empty, so the barista was extremely attentive when helping me pick out a tea, armed with suggestions and always ready to let me try more. I ended up picking a lovely peach-apricot blend that I had with a shot of milk(their«london fog»). Even when the café got busier later in the day, the barista always made sure to ask if everything was alright and if I wanted more water. Later in my stay I had an amazing croissant egg sandwich with cheese and ham, it was absolutely delicious! Would definitely recommend this to anyone craving something fresh and savory here. Important for all the students out there: their wifi was very fast, they have great tables and workspace, the music is a little on the loud side but if it bothers you you can ask to turn it down. I definitely plan on returning for more tea and good study vibes.

I’ve made it a habit to go there at least once a week, it’s my favourite café in Montréal. It’s absolutely awesome. If you love tea, it’s the place to go, and if you don’t, their coffees are excellent as well!

I was overwhelmed by the wall of tea varieties, so I got a delicious latte and some fresh pastries to take home and share. Very cozy and friendly spot.

Le sandwich végé avec tomates séchées et salade dans sa baguette fraîche est délicieux. Et que dire du café! Wow! Il faut attendre, mais ça en vaut la peine.

This cute café opened up across the street where I live not so long ago. It’s very comfortable inside and I’m kind of obsessed with the graffiti design inside the café. Being a tea addict and walking in for the first time and noticing that their speciality is tea got me SO excited. I must say, they have a huge variety of tea and their iced teas are amazing. The wifi is great, the seating is very comfortable(you can also sit outside on a nice day) and the owners(there is two) are extremely nice. We always chat with the one that works in the evening and it makes our visit ten times better. I think what I’m also really impressed by is their hours. They’re open very early(7 am) and close very late which is rare for a café in Montréal. Sometimes I don’t really like how early most cafes close here but it’s nice to know this one stays open late, especially because they have good coffee. I have yet to go there for some breakfast/lunch but will definitely be doing so very soon! — @Hanaer

Came here a few weeks ago for a meeting, was very surprised to find a charming little tearoom/café situated on almost ghost town Prince Arthur! The place is set up as a largeish, but small, cosy tearoom, which opens its doors as early as 7AM, for the breakfast just– coming-out– of the-bar/club set. The owner boasts he’s the only one on the street to open that early, and stays open till midnight. The teas are VERY reasonably prices($ 2.75) per pot, slightly more for organic, and you can also purchase teas by weight, as well as coffee. The décor is homey, cosy, plants placed here and there throughout the room, an old fashioned sofa in the back, with a small library, and large metal canisters of coffee lining the back walls. I was informed by the owner himself, that his breakfast pastries and other baked goodies are supplied by none other than Godley & Crème, and the cakes are baked by a vegan baker. Light lunches & suppers are also served, if one wants. The place only opened a couple of months ago, and there are already a few regular tea and coffee aficianados who drop by at all hours and days. This is a great place to decompress at the end of a long day or evening, enjoy a super cup of tea or coffee, chat with the owner, who LOVES to chat, have a healthful light meal, or enjoy some vegan cake, and watch the world go by.
