Very cool knick-knacks and other higher-end home décor novelties. The place looks cool, on the inside, and has a plethora of cool fixtures. While the prices are high on these«accessories,» that’s to be expected in such a context. This said, the small amount of actual furnishings that they do have on the floor, are hideously over-priced in comparison to some of the other high-end furniture stores on Saint-Denis and Saint-Laurent. Thus, this place is great for accessories, but not so much for furniture itself. Kudos on the complementary reusable bags, though…

Quebec-owned design, knicknacks and furnishings company that’s been around for 8 years and is the official Fatboys distributor — you know those giant square bean bags? Those. Things I fell in love with in here include the gorgeously painted sets of babushka dolls, the old timey lightbulbs that fit a regular lamp but have filament you can look at without burning your retinas, and this one industrial raw wood stool that I considered trying to waltz out with, despite its bulk, because I think it and I could dance together dreamily for a lifetime. The furniture is locally made and the friendly employee told me they are carrying more and more local design, but you can also find neat Japanese and French pieces and lots of ways to bun through your hard earned ducats.
